Senior Business Development Executive

The Senior Business Development Executive, Continuing Education will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success of PaCE's continuing education programmes. This includes focusing on the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) and Short Courses.
This position involves overseeing the end-to-end process of programme delivery, developing and executing business development and sales strategies to convert leads into enrollments, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire process of assigned programmes from launch to marketing and recruitment, ensuring on-target and high-quality delivery.
- Systematically identify and convert leads into sales through effective communication, engagement, and relationship-building.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective learners and corporate clients, promoting programmes and services as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Work closely with Operations Team to ensure smooth course delivery and excellent learner experience.
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and client conversion.
- Create presentation materials to support lead and sales generation.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Degree qualification from a recognised university.
- A minimum of 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, with expertise in consultative selling and key account management highly desirable.
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales, demonstrated success in lead management, and sales closure.
- Strong customer focus, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and business partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ database management tools for tracking leads, enquiries, and reporting purposes.
