Senior Business Development Manager

NTU is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to drive business development, build strategic relationships with corporations, and expand the team's presence in key China markets.
The candidate will assist in revenue generation by identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and guiding the operational aspects related to programme proposals. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing the business development strategy across the Greater China region under the guidance of the Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director
- Researching potential corporate and university partners, providing market intelligence and detailed profiles
- Coordinating outreach initiatives
- Supporting participation in industry events and conferences
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of existing client interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools, facilitating client communications, and preparing proposals and reports tailored to client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within executive education, training, or corporate consulting. They should also possess proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese clients.
