Job Description

About the Role:

Skyhigh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Flexer department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall welfare of our freelancers and implementing policies and procedures to manage their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Flexer-related crisis escalations that impact our community and reputation.
  • Interact with freelancers daily, responding to their inquiries about billing statements, products, or concerns, and guiding them to the appropriate resources.
  • Perform business market analyses to identify customer needs and new opportunities.
  • Oversee, manage, and train our Customer Service Associates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience as a Customer Service Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease.
