Job Title: Assistant Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Assistant Director to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for promoting our integrated resort and driving awareness of our affiliated properties. You will also be responsible for developing strong professional relationships with our premium players to drive incremental visitation to Marina Bay Sands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our gaming products and services to target market segments, with a focus on premium players.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium players to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure that excellent customer experience is the focal point of all customer touchpoints and interactions.
  • Manage complimentaries in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies to ensure desired customer profitability and margin.
  • Provide accurate information to support credit line recommendations for premium players.
  • Collaborate with the premium account management team to resolve any payment issues.

Requirements:

  • High school degree, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in managerial positions in casino marketing or player development.
  • In-depth knowledge of anti-money laundering policy, company compliance policy, and credit policy.
  • In-depth knowledge of gaming products and services offered at Paiza, including the premium program.
  • Knowledge of ACSC, Opera, and Table Touch system preferred.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
