Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Broadcast Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in satellite communications engineering and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 shift support for Satellite Operations.
  • Provide Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink, and other value-added satellite services.
  • Monitor Infra devices including core routers, UPS, and M&C alarm for Antenna.
  • Effectively follow the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.
  • Coordinate the installation, commissioning, and testing of Satellite services with vendors/SIs.

Requirements:

  • A good diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution.
  • Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
  • Knowledge in satellite communications is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Operational readiness in a 24 X 7 environment.
  • Ability to perform 12-hour shift operations.
