Job Opportunity

The Broadcast IT Systems Professional is responsible for supporting broadcast and related equipment and systems. This includes tasks such as manning of support hotline, system diagnosis, remediation and monitoring, system administration, patching and preventive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to broadcast equipment and systems in News Studios & Post Production and asset management system, Outside Broadcast production van, News Room Computer System etc.
  • Document, communicate, collaborate, handle fault incidents
  • Assess system vulnerabilities provide guidance remediate mitigate any reliability and security risks
  • Perform troubleshooting repair of broadcast equipment and system.
  • Perform preventive corrective maintenance broadcast and IT equipment.
  • Work with different business units to provide technical solutions to enhance existing operation setup
  • Evaluate recommend new broadcast IT equipment and system.
  • Support project implementation of broadcast IT system infrastructures including the support in drafting of technical specifications costings documentations.
  • Perform shift standby duty to support broadcast system infrastructures.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems IT Security or equivalent CCNA Certification in Information Technology networking field is an advantage.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Relevant work experience 0-3 years in IT Broadcast or Media Production related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of cloud enterprise system architecture.
  • Network troubleshooting skills of IT devices maintenance experience with management configuration of networking devices switches routers firewalls will be preferred.
