Job Title:

Corporate Lending Transformation Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned transformation expert to spearhead our corporate lending business overhaul. This pivotal role demands strategic vision, technical acumen, and leadership prowess.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess profound knowledge of corporate lending lifecycle processes, including origination, servicing, syndication, collateral management, and covenant monitoring. Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS configuration and implementation is essential, alongside a proven track record in core banking/lending transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end corporate lending processes within ACBS, ensuring seamless alignment with risk, regulatory, and business policies.
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies.
  • Act as functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:

  • 10+ years in corporate banking, with expertise in bilateral/syndicated lending and trade finance.
  • Hands-on FIS ACBS experience (configuration, implementation, or functional support).
  • 10+ years in core banking/lending transformation programs (system migration/implementation).
