Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Banking Professional to spearhead the transformation of our corporate lending landscape. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering a future-state corporate lending strategy, encompassing bilateral, syndicated, and structured lending, as well as trade finance.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of corporate lending domain expertise, hands-on system experience, and program coordination capabilities, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions aligned with the transformation roadmap.

  • Lead the corporate lending functional stream within the transformation program, focusing on system implementation.
  • Define and design target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle.
  • Ensure process designs align with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis between current-state processes and system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies with surrounding systems.
  • Act as the functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Track workstream deliverables, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking within the Financial Services industry, focusing on lending and syndicated loans.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, functional design, implementation, or support.
  • At least 3 years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project coordination, ideally within multi-vendor and multi-country transformation environments.
