Job Title: Lending Transformation Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate lending transformation program. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing future-state lending landscapes, including bilateral, syndicated, and structured lending, as well as trade finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the functional design of end-to-end corporate lending processes within FIS ACBS (Asset-Core Banking System).
• Ensure alignment with risk, regulatory, and business policies.
• Define target operating models and process improvements for lending operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and FIS ACBS configurations.
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and FIS ACBS capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory:
• 10+ years in corporate banking, with expertise in bilateral/syndicated lending and trade finance.
• Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, implementation, or functional support).
• 10+ years in core banking/lending transformation programs (system migration/implementation).
• Deep knowledge of lending lifecycle processes: credit origination, covenant monitoring, collateral management.
• Proven program coordination skills in multi-vendor, multi-country environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and program governance tools (JIRA, Clarity).
• Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, microservices) and surrounding systems (e.g., SAP GL, Moody's RiskCalc).
• Certification in FIS ACBS or related corporate lending solutions.
