As a seasoned Corporate Banking professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future-state corporate lending landscape within our organization. This exciting opportunity involves leading the corporate lending functional stream for a transformation program, with a primary focus on implementing ACBS.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will combine strong domain expertise in corporate lending with hands-on ACBS knowledge and experience in coordinating complex transformation programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the corporate lending functional stream, defining target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle, and ensuring process design aligns with business objectives, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Translating corporate banking requirements into functional ACBS configurations and specifications, conducting gap analysis between current-state processes and ACBS capabilities, and collaborating with vendors, IT, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies with surrounding systems.
  • Acting as the functional workstream lead and coordination point across business, IT, and vendor teams, tracking deliverables, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring timely resolution. Additionally, you will support program governance through progress reporting, risk/issue management, and decision-making papers for steering committees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Corporate Banking within Financial Services, with a strong focus on lending and syndicated loans.
  • Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support) – mandatory.
  • At least 3 years' experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.
  • Proven program/project coordination experience in multi-vendor, multi-country transformation environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
