Corporate Lending Transformation Lead

We are seeking an accomplished transformation lead to drive the corporate lending stream of our large-scale Core Banking Transformation program.

  • Lead the design and implementation of the future-state lending landscape for bilateral, syndicated, and structured lending, as well as trade finance.
  • Blend domain mastery in corporate lending with hands-on ACBS proficiency to ensure business requirements are seamlessly translated into scalable, compliant, and efficient system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of lending lifecycle processes, including credit origination, covenant monitoring, collateral management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Design: Lead the functional design of end-to-end corporate lending processes within ACBS.
  • Process Leadership: Ensure alignment with risk, regulatory, and business policies.
  • Program Coordination: Act as the functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in corporate banking, with expertise in bilateral/syndicated lending and trade finance.
  • Hands-on FIS ACBS experience (configuration, implementation, or functional support).
  • Deep knowledge of lending lifecycle processes: credit origination, covenant monitoring, collateral management.
