Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Provide sales support to the team
  • Liaise with sales personnel to coordinate and process delivery orders
  • Manage inventory and track stock levels
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
  • Independent, meticulous, and systematic approach
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to start work within short notice
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Chinese
  • Minimum ITE level or equivalent
  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
