Business Process Improvement Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining various SAP master data, including material master, vendor master, resource master, BOM, recipe, and PV.
- Ensure the integrity of SAP master data and implement data governance KPIs and dashboards.
- Develop action plans to continuously improve data quality and ensure that SOPs and workflows related to new part setups, BOMs, and recipe creations are current, accurate, and practical for end users.
- Monitor workflow progress to ensure all materials pass through designated approval streams, complying with GMP requirements.
The Supply Chain - ERP & Supply Chain Transformation specialist will play a key role in driving operational excellence by identifying and implementing workflow process improvements to reduce lead time and drive efficiency.
As the SME for the ERP system, the ideal candidate will focus on best practices and processes for new material creation and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders requiring new materials.
The role requires 5-10 years experience, with 4-5 years hands-on SAP experience. Relevant pharma industry experience is preferred, along with strong problem-solving ability, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
