We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Improvement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes that drive efficiency and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation
- Collect and analyze operational data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Create dashboards and reports to track the performance of implemented changes and their impact on key metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable format
- Lead process improvement initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and minimal disruption to operations
- Train staff on new workflows and processes, ensuring smooth adoption
- Monitor and address challenges that arise during the transition phase
- Establish benchmarks and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of optimized processes
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure improvements are sustained and continue to meet organizational needs
- Identify areas for further enhancement based on ongoing performance data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in process optimization, operations management, or a related role, preferably within the US Healthcare or RCM industry
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Experience in workflow optimization for healthcare RCM systems
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies that support operational efficiency such as Bots / RPA
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and ability to digest and synthesize information
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
