Job Title: Automation Specialist
This dynamic role involves assisting business stakeholders in streamlining processes and improving efficiency by automating reporting, problem management, release planning, and project governance.
About the Role:
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions using automation tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing business requirements and developing detailed functional specifications;
- Maintaining accurate records of projects and workstreams' key deliverables and deadlines;
- Participating in user story grooming and transitioning requirements to developers;
- Assisting in translating business requirements into test scenarios;
- Monitoring and escalating issues related to requirements and scope creep;
Requirements:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or testing;
- 3-4 years of experience in Agile scrum processes as an advantage;
- Knowledge of IT projects life cycle in a banking environment;
- Basic product knowledge on digital banking and related technology;
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred;
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence as an advantage;
- The ability to work under stress and fast-paced environments.
