Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing practical project plans to drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with technical experts to map out current processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Managing internal projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Developing clear documentation for new processes and projects, facilitating communication among teams
  • Analyzing data to understand service performance and suggesting improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in an IT environment
  • Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into actionable project plans
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams – Lists and Planner for project and document management
