Process Improvement Specialist

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving current processes to enhance manufacturing capability. Your role will involve studying new methods and materials, conducting Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine key process parameters, and implementing new processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Study and evaluate new methods and materials to improve current processes and manufacturing capability
- Conduct DOE to determine the key process parameters and product characteristics
- Assist production in setting up machine operation procedures and safety guidelines
- Implement new processes
- Explore possibilities of reducing material standard usage or sourcing cheaper alternatives
- Determine the root cause of sample rejections for process-related issues
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent
- Diploma with 2-3 years of working experience
- Good trouble-shooting and analytical skills
- Independent, creative, resourceful, and able to handle pressure
- Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills
12-hour shift work (day or night shift) in Loyang Area, Manufacturing Industry
