Care Coordination Specialist
About the Role:This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about wellness and love helping people. As a care coordination specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and managing appointments with ease.
You will be responsible for sending friendly reminders, keeping schedules running smoothly, and guiding clients through their wellness journey. You will work closely with our team of therapists and consultants to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
We welcome individuals with the right attitude and heart, even if they have no prior experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, and manage appointments
- Send friendly reminders and keep schedules running smoothly
- Understand our services and guide clients through their wellness journey
- Work closely with our team to ensure clients receive the best possible care
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and other relevant software.

We offer a retail-only setting with no overtime required. Our locations include Jurong East, Kovan, and Marine Parade. We provide full training for individuals with the right attitude and heart.
