Job Title: Support Worker

This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to coaches in guiding and supervising clients, as well as preparing the environment and resources required for assessment and programme activities.

  • Assist coaches in conducting assessments and implementing programmes independently
  • Support client care needs such as toileting, diaper changing and feeding during meal times
  • Monitor client attendance and vital signs
  • Maintain inventory and ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Implement infection prevention and control measures
  • Engage with clients to promote active participation
  • Report maintenance issues and perform other duties as directed
