**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance / Accounts Officer at The Helping Hand. The Finance / Accounts Officer will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide recommendations to management on financial strategy to support business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in the social service sector, especially Charity Accounting Standards and FRS
- Demonstrated experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Professional certification, such as a ISCA, ACCA, CPA is a plus
- Part timers who can commit at least 3 days a week are welcome to apply.
