Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organised individual to join us as a Customer Service Officer. You'll be the welcoming face of our learning community, supporting parents, managing daily operations, and helping our brand shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parent Engagement: Be the warm and welcoming face of Da Di, handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries, conduct studio tours and share the unique value of our programmes, proactively approach potential customers in the vicinity of the centre, follow up on leads and support enrolment, build strong rapport with families to encourage student retention.
  • Centre Operations & Administration: Handle registration, invoicing, and fee collection, maintain accurate student records and attendance, prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean and ready, ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a cheerful, organised approach, support in the creation of teaching resources.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts, create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions), schedule and track marketing campaigns, support broader brand initiatives across our sister companies.

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and confident in engaging with parents and the public
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to multi-task effectively
  • Comfortable using social media and basic digital tools
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred

Work Details:

Locations: Tampines Changkat CC and Kampong Ubi CC

Hours: Part-time, Saturday 8.30am to 6pm

Remuneration: ($12-15/hr)
