Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and feedback channels.
  • The representative will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
  • Day-to-day operational tasks, such as processing claims and updating system data, will also be part of the job.
  • Maintenance and update of documents, process manuals, reports, and records are essential duties.
  • Assisting in testing of the Acquirer system is another key responsibility.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma holder with a valid driving license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail for processing claims and maintaining records
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and assist in system testing
  • Adaptability to manage additional tasks as needed
Working Arrangements:

This is a 1-year contract position, working from Monday to Thursday (8:30am - 6:00pm) and Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm).
