Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Project team, including meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and clearance, as well as keeping track of job tasks, preparing reports, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team on administrative and project management work where required.
  • Review and ensure Project Documents are complete and lodged in available organization platforms for knowledge sharing; and Electronic Registry to comply with Audit requirement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of enhanced processes for the Division; assist to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist to create Division's project databases; and compilation of documents and drawings to create standard reference templates for use.
  • Administrative support to the Division in other areas including but not limited to work planning, finance, meetings, management reports, and staff events.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Degree
  • Experience working on construction projects or construction-related firms will be advantageous.
  • Efficient, organized, highly motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good coordination skill, meticulous, and attentive to details.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Good team player and able to work independently when required.
