Job Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing staff medical claims and insurance matters, assisting with HR policy and SOP implementation, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Duties- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
- Process staff medical claims and insurance-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Prepare various documents and reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute staff engagement activities.
