Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in targeted areas and maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of our sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Represent and sell our entire portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers.
- Establish a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives.
- Research and understand client industries, business strategies, and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, aggressively shaping deals early in the sales cycle.
- Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedules and expedite pending repair orders.
- Generate sales and forecasting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Consistently achieve sales quota.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Engineer/Computer Science with a minimum 7-10 years of working experience in IT industries.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues.
- Multi-task and time management skills are a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
