Job Title: Exterior Finishing SpecialistJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced exterior finishing specialist to join our team. As an exterior finishing specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all exterior surfaces of buildings are properly prepared, painted, and finished.

You will work independently as well as part of a team to achieve the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent results.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
  2. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
  3. Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
  4. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in exterior painting or finishing
  • Excellent knowledge of paint materials and techniques
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with others

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate costs
