Exterior Painting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Painting Specialist to join our team. As an Exterior Painting Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, or chemical cleaning.

\

You will apply primer, paint, waterproofing, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns. Additionally, you will perform patching or minor surface repairs before painting and mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and desired finish.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in exterior or industrial painting. You should be familiar with different types of outdoor paints, waterproofing materials, and weather-resistant coatings.

A successful Exterior Painting Specialist must be physically fit, comfortable with working at heights or on scaffolding, and have good knowledge of painting tools and techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to meet finishing quality standards are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, or chemical cleaning.
  • Apply primer, paint, waterproofing, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
  • Perform patching or minor surface repairs before painting.
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and desired finish.
  • Set up scaffolding, ladders, or swing stages safely to reach high areas.
  • Protect non-paintable surfaces with masking tape, coverings, or drop cloths.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and correct flaws as needed.
  • Work in compliance with site safety standards and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in exterior or industrial painting.
  • Familiar with different types of outdoor paints, waterproofing materials, and weather-resistant coatings.
  • Physically fit, comfortable with working at heights or on scaffolding.
