Job Title: Exterior Finisher - Painter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Exterior Finisher – Painter to join our team. As an Exterior Finisher – Painter, you will be responsible for applying paints and coatings to exterior surfaces of buildings, bridges, and other structures.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint colors according to determined formulas approved by management.
  • Use rollers, brushes, spray guns, and specialized tools to apply paints and coatings.
  • Clean equipment and dispose of waste materials properly.
  • Work at heights using scaffolding and ladders to reach high ceilings or walls.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Experience in painting and coating exterior surfaces.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and use scaffolding and ladders safely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
