Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wall Finisher to join our team. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for applying different types of plasters to exterior and interior surfaces, preparing cement floors, sidewalks, stairs, and curbing, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various wall surfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in structural formwork
  • Good physical condition to carry out hands-on work
  • Ability to read technical drawings and handle tools safely
  • Positive attitude and team player

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compliance with materials and workmanship schedules
  • Laying bricks or blocks
  • Mixing and applying glues, cements, and grounds
  • Preparing cement floors, sidewalks, stairs, and curbing
  • Preparing flooring surfaces for floor coverings
  • Preparing and mixing different types of raw materials to get the plaster ready
  • Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces
  • Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary
  • Reporting any structural issues to the site foreman
  • Removing waste/debris daily and upon completion of any works
