We are seeking a skilled Exterior Surface Finisher to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing or chemical cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:- Remove dirt, grime and old finishes from exterior surfaces.
- Apply coatings to protect against weather conditions and wear and tear.
- Perform patching or minor surface repairs before applying final coats.
- Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and desired finish.
- Erect scaffolding, ladders or swing stages safely to reach high areas.
- Protect non-paintable surfaces with masking tape, coverings or drop cloths.
- Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and correct flaws as needed.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in exterior or industrial painting.
