Job Title: Exterior Finishing Project Coordinator

 

Job Description:

As an Exterior Finishing Project Coordinator, you will oversee the completion of exterior façade, external window, and wall finishing works. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are completed within the stipulated timeframe.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Façade/ External Window and External Wall Finishing work to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinating and planning work in accordance with project schedules and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and the Resident Site Staff (RSS) team for inspections and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies, defects, or quality issues.
  • Conducting site inspections and preparing reports for joint inspections with the RSS team.
  • Liaising closely with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works meet design intent and standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site progress, inspection results, and checklists.
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Supporting the project team in documentation and milestone completion.
  • Participating in coordination and technical meetings to resolve site issues related to finishing.
  • Coordinating and working with sub-contractors on site installations, materials delivery arrangements, and scheduling worker tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction façade works.
  • Strong understanding of architectural finishes and quality requirements.
  • Experience working with consultants and the RSS team for inspections.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Required work-at-height permit certificates.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
