Job Title: Exterior Design Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Exterior Design Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and experience working with 3D software.


Job Summary

The Exterior Design Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating the exterior design schedule to meet project deadlines. This includes overseeing the preparation of shop drawings, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of designs and deliverables.

  • Plan and coordinate exterior design schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the preparation of shop drawings and ensure they meet company design guidelines and structural calculations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and factory teams to ensure works are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records of designs, drawings, and other deliverables.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or higher qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in exterior design, including window & door, curtain wall, claddings, etc.
  • Familiarity with Autocad drafting and 3D software.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, exhibiting creativity, innovation, and maturity.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
