Job Description:

As a skilled Facade Designer, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing and developing aesthetically pleasing exterior designs for buildings. Your expertise in architectural drafting, shop drawing creation, and material selection will be crucial in meeting project requirements and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and comprehend project scope of work and technical specifications
  • Create detailed shop drawings based on design intent, project requirements, and material availability
  • Prepare fabrication drawings, bills of material, and issue them for procurement and production
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on fabrication and installation processes
  • Attend regular technical meetings and site visits to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work closely with architects, main contractors, consultants, and structural engineers to obtain approval of shop drawings and coordinate structural calculations
  • Provide value-engineering proposals to the project team and identify potential design issues
  • Maintain accurate correspondence records and adhere to industry standards and ISO requirements
