About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Exterior Design Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality facade shop drawings and design sketches that showcase your expertise in architectural design.


Your Responsibilities
  • Create detailed designs for exterior building facades, taking into account architectural features, structural integrity, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery.
  • Provide expert technical advice to the team and identify potential design or technical issues requiring additional attention.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Contribute to on-site support as needed, applying your expertise to real-world challenges and complexities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in architecture, design, or engineering-related fields.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with experience in Revit and Microsoft Office being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Curtain Wall Systems is desirable but not essential.
