Job Title: Compensation Operations ExpertFinance professionals play a crucial role in the distribution compensation process. We are looking for an experienced expert to join our team and oversee this critical function.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage General Ledger Closing Activities: Oversee monthly and yearly provisions, amortization, and schedules in accordance with accounting guidelines.
  • Support Review and Dissemination of Channel Reports: Validate customer campaign compensation within set timelines.
  • Maintain Accounting Rules: Ensure Policy Systems and related auxiliary systems comply with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and Post Journals: Handle reconciliations and audit schedules related to distribution compensation.
  • Support Audits and Compliance: Ensure internal, external, regulatory, and SOX audits meet compliance requirements.
  • Maintain Process Flows and SOP Documentation: Monitor business provisions for distribution compensation.
  • Administer Deferred Incentive Schemes: Recurring/deferred financial arrangements and self-billing for GST-registered agents.
  • Provide Oversight of Compensation Processing: Settlement of distribution channel invoices and credit control for recovery of dues.
  • Act as Key Support for Distribution Compensation Projects: UAT, business requirements, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Support BAU Processing and Queries: Contribute to company-wide initiatives/projects relating to distribution compensation.
  • Handle Statutory Filings: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting duties.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
