Role Summary:

As a seasoned Compensation Operations Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end compensation process across all entities. This involves ensuring accurate and timely computation and processing of payroll, verifying timesheets and handling overtime calculations, tax clearance, CPF submissions, annual income tax filings, and paid-leave claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the in-house payroll process from start to finish, guaranteeing compliance with local regulations and company policies.">
  • Process monthly staff payroll and claims, calculate overtime, and perform attendance checks for employees.">
  • Prepare manpower costing reports, staff movement reports, variance reports, and payroll reports for review.">
  • Submit statutory reports and surveys to the authorities, review and streamline payroll processes, and manage ad-hoc HR-related tasks.">
  • Support statistical reporting on employee demographics and turnover, and manage external agencies for HR services.">
  • Maintain data integrity in the HRIS system and oversee personnel records management.">
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act and HR best practices, work independently, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess at least 3 years of experience in Payroll with lead responsibilities, managing high-volume payroll for multiple entities with over 300 headcounts. You should be well-versed in payroll knowledge, the Employment Act, and HR practices. Meticulous, independent, and organized individuals with excellent multitasking skills are preferred.
