Compensation and benefits professionals play a vital role in supporting organizations to maintain competitive edge.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation & Benefits Expert in Singapore.

This position involves conducting market benchmarking, reviewing job evaluations, and supporting stakeholders on all C&B matters.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be able to meet tight deadlines while engaging diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Manage compensation-related projects, salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and ad-hoc payments.
  • Oversee employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring efficient administration through HRIS and vendor coordination.
  • Support the design and implementation of effective recognition programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Compensation & Benefits team on related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration, with a strong foundation in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
