As a motivated and organized Functional Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in the Finance & Data Technology sector. Your primary responsibility will be to manage change requests under the Quarterly Release framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage change requests across finance and data domains.
  • Act as single point of contact for business needs and liaise with technical delivery teams.
  • Work with business users to formalize requirements and obtain initial estimates.
  • Consolidate and prioritize CRs for impact assessment, reviewing analysis and quotations with stakeholders.
  • Manage budget allocation and reporting of prioritised change requests.

In addition to your primary role, you will also provide PMO and Administrative Support. This includes coordinating onboarding/offboarding of resources, organizing meetings and preparing decks for department heads, maintaining project dashboards, and coordinating training schedules.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Previous exposure to system analysis and PMO functions is an advantage.

Essential skills include strong communication skills (verbal and written), being energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical. You should be able to work independently and under pressure, and have fast learning capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Technical and domain skills required are advanced MS Excel (including Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, knowledge of SDLC and JIRA, and strong data analysis and reporting ability.
