Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
">Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale transformation projects to automate processes, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
  • Analyze complex data sets, identify root causes, and create clear business requirements for successful project implementation.
  • Manage multiple clients and workstreams effectively, ensuring seamless change management and adoption of new solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive communications, training materials, and operational readiness deliverables to support transitions.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing to ensure quality outcomes and smooth implementation of new systems.
  • Track and manage projects to required standards, ensuring timely delivery and sign-off of deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions proactively to sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert to senior leaders and team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic requirements supported by business cases, cost-benefit analysis, measurable benefits, and KPIs.
  • Implement best practices to drive global consistency, simplify processes, and enhance controls.
  • Facilitate and deliver change initiatives that reduce risk exposure across the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to established program processes, procedures, and standards.

  • Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to start immediately or within short notice.
