Project Manager for Governance and Change

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our efforts in Governance and Change Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating with senior management and implementing AI/Automation skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with higher senior management.
  • Dual role responsibility: 60% towards EPMO and 40% towards project management.
  • Proficiency in using AI/Automation skills to drive business value.
  • Certification in Change Management is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate with senior management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Utilize AI/Automation skills to drive business value and improve efficiency.

• Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in a governance and change management role.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
