Job Overview

The Change Delivery Lead drives standardization, simplification, and productivity uplift of change delivery management across Wealth and Retail Banking.

This role involves designing and implementing consistent practices for milestone tracking, benefits realization, and adherence to change governance standards, ensuring transparency, traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Establishing frameworks for milestone tracking, benefits measurement, and dependency management across programs.
  • Driving adherence to change governance standards and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams on key change control testing to validate the effectiveness of control design and execution.
  • Introducing process improvements and digital tools to increase efficiency and transparency in tracking progress.

The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Group Investment Management, WRB Portfolio, Product and Segment teams, and Digital Wealth and Retail Journey teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment portfolio governance, with 5 years in a senior leadership or global role is required. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in milestone planning, dependency management, and delivery assurance.
