Strategic Change Leader

This role involves leading change management projects, designing strategies to drive business adoption, and measuring benefits realization.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, applying tools and techniques to generate insights, and creating stakeholder engagement plans. Your expertise in new generation change management tools and techniques will be valuable in driving change adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies to drive business adoption and benefits realization
  • Apply tools and techniques to generate insights and architect change strategies
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Measure and report on progress against key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in change management or consulting at the senior manager level
  • Desirable skills include HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
