**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Change Management Lead**to oversee and execute change management strategies for one of our key client engagements. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful transformation within a large organization, working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
As the Senior Change Management Lead, you will build and implement comprehensive change strategies, lead a dedicated team of change management professionals, and collaborate across functions to ensure successful adoption and sustained change outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Change Strategy Development and Execution**:
- Design and implement a change management strategy tailored to the client's organizational needs.
- Define the roadmap, identify key stakeholders, and establish KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three change management resources, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Work closely with executive leadership, departmental heads, and other key stakeholders to align change efforts with organizational goals.
- Communicate the vision and value of change initiatives effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in and commitment.
**Project Management and Delivery**:
- Ensure timely delivery of change management plans and activities in alignment with the overall project timeline.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in change adoption.
**Travel Requirement**:
- Travelwithin the ASEAN region to support client engagement activities as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar field.
- Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success driving change for sales teams is highly desirable.
- Prior experience managing and mentoring a team of change professionals.
- Strong expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in dynamic environments.
