Change Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the embedding of change initiatives across our investment portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of global process change across Coverage processes and applications, which can be driven by risk, regulatory or optimisation opportunities.

The ideal candidate will own and continuously refine our Change Management approach and framework, ensuring a consistent and effective embedding of change across Client Lifecycle processes including Onboarding / KYC, Credit, Document & Contract Management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Sustain a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a mindset shift towards proactive change management.
