**Job Scope:
**Develop change management plans to support NEHR enhancements **resulting from system or policy changes
- To do this, it requires the individual to be well-versed in the NEHR (system functionalities and policies) as well as be familiar with the use cases of the NEHR to the wide-ranging user groups in the public and private sectors.
- As an input to change planning, stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment need to be conducted.
- As an output, the change management plan should cover comms, engagement and enablement as needed.
- **Develop workplan **to monitor preparation and implementation, and to report status against it
- **Report key risks and issues **for continuous improvement to change planning processes

**Requirements / Qualifications:
- Training on the NEHR will be provided. _
- At least 4-6 years' experience in change management for large scale IT implementation
- Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident in presenting to Senior Management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Quick learner who is able to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage
