**The role**

We are looking for a PMO Business Change Manager to join our Project team in the Global Forwarding division based in Singapore. You will be responsible for anchoring the realisation of benefits in the Business and preparing the Organisation for change. You will plan, execute and implement readiness activities and lead satisfaction surveys for each project to ensure we are continuously improving our project delivery approach and delivering value to the Business.

As a PMO Business Change Manager, you will:

- Establish benefit realisation approach, targets, ownership and tracking following the PMO Change Model
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and ensure business stability is maintained during transition.
- Flag risks preventing benefit realisation to SteerCo, ensure minimum business disruption, and effective communication of project progress throughout the Organization.
- Ensure resource planning and allocation is optimized and aligned with the Business
- Become super user of MS Project Online. Provide Change Management Training and Coaching amongst Project Leads.
- Participate in designing the end-user experience by analysing audiences, creating personas, and developing change/learning journeys.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will need:

- More than 5 years of Change Management in Programmes and Projects
- Change Manager certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ PMP / Prince2 Agile and/or SAFe certification
- Experience in IT implementation projects is a plus
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Ms Project
- High level of discipline, planning and organisational skills - following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation
