**Roles & Responsibilities
**Portfolio Management**
- Manage and maintain the demand and delivery portfolio of Local and Regional Backlog in collaboration with Regional Digital Connect and Business stakeholders.
- Liaise with Project Managers in the Digital IT Hub and external vendors to provide regular updates in terms of:

- the status of all change projects/programs in-flight in their stage in the project lifecycle.
- a forecasted view of the delivery portfolio.
- a view of all as-is utilized resources.
- forecasted view of resource availability.
- Work with the PMO Office in Digital IT Hub and the Digital Demand Senior Analyst to provide input into the continuous improvement and definition of the overall quality strategy and procedures.

**Monitoring & Reporting**
- Monitor activation of Digital Core Roadmap and Capabilities (eCom and MarTech).
- Monitor the performance of the Delivery resources in their ability to deliver the demand portfolio.
- Understand the skillset in the pool of resources to ensure the correct allocation of resources to regional projects.
- Escalate risks and issues related to the resource pool capacity early and identify resource constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree qualifications.
- Min. 3 years of experience in digital project management.
- Worked in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment to prioritize, monitor, and report project progress.
- Able to work well within the team and willing to learn.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
