Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Project Manager's project leadership and management activities.
- Develop standardized project management rules and processes, including constructing reporting structures and determining report contents.
- Coordinate cost and resource management across business areas, working closely with Cross-Functional PMO and Area PM.
- Manage progress and issues for Business Analyst, User Task members, and Developers within the assigned business area.
- Consolidate status reports within the business area and report to Cross-Functional PMO and management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside the business area, including Business and IT, to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Involved in package system implementation and software development process.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Master or Degree in Information Technology related field.
- Possess more than 7 years of relevant working experience in IT system implementation.
- At least 4 years of experience working in a reputable consulting firm is a must.
- Experience in package system implementation and software development.
- Business experience related to regulatory report creation.
- PMO experience in large projects, particularly in core banking projects.
- Experience in the banking industry, either as a bank employee or as a Consultant providing services to the banking sector.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Good in both English and Japanese language (business level or equivalent to JLPT Level 1, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients)
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential risks and follow through until resolution.
