Director of Advanced Packaging Integration

About the Role:

The Director of Advanced Packaging Integration will lead a high-performing team to drive the development and optimization of semiconductor packaging processes. They will be accountable for ensuring high yield and quality standards are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies aligned to corporate objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise across multiple areas, and the ability to influence executives and partners on strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results, improving performance, and developing talent within their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve packaging process efficiency and quality
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and optimize advanced packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Drive business results through data-driven decision making and process improvements
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Tech Requirements:

  • Deep technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and/or process development
  • Strong knowledge of packaging technologies and materials
  • Experience with process development and integration
