Job Description:

Leading Advanced Packaging Innovation

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the advancement of our advanced packaging solutions. As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve packaging processes, enhance product quality, and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize packaging capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of packaging solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in senior leadership positions within semiconductor manufacturing or process development and integration
  • Deep technical expertise across multiple areas, including Front End, HBM technology, process development, and equipment management
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional organizations to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth through process improvement and strategic decision-making
